7. Damaged or Missing Products
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
8. Failed Delivery / Reattempts
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
