1. Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong product
- The product was damaged during transit
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged seals (not due to transit damage)
- Products returned after the specified time period
- Products purchased during clearance or special offers (unless damaged)
3. Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Replacement
In case of eligible issues, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, depending on product availability
